Usually, yes. If the software offers an API or another way to integrate, we can automate the flow of data between the systems. If an integration isn’t possible, we’ll tell you before we quote the project.
We move it to the new system. Before launch, we check that everything from the old system is in the new one — and your old spreadsheets and files stay yours.
Systems we host run on a server in Lithuania. Backups are created every night, automatically checked and also stored on a separate server. Access is limited to the users you authorise and the permissions you give them.
