this website does not store form submissions: submitting an enquiry opens your own email application and sends the message to us as a standard email. We therefore only receive the information you choose to include — such as your name, contact details and message. We do not build advertising profiles or purchase personal data from third parties.
Our server records standard technical information such as IP addresses and request times. These records are used for security purposes only and are deleted automatically. Anonymised usage statistics are collected only after consent; more information is available in our cookie policy.
We use enquiry data to respond to your message and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not send newsletters, sell personal data or use enquiry data for advertising. Where analytics consent is given, usage statistics are used only to improve the website.
The legal basis is your consent when sending an enquiry and, where a project proceeds, the performance of our agreement with you.
Correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the last message. Usage statistics are kept for up to 14 months. Project documents are retained for the period required by applicable accounting law. After that, they are deleted.
You may ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy; ask us to correct or delete it — we aim to do so within 5 working days; withdraw consent for analytics; or submit a complaint to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
